Currently 3 schools in Austria with focus “Aviation Technology”:
1 – Federal Vocational School for Aviation Technology in Langenlebarn – 4-year
vocational training program
2 – Higher colleges in Eisenstadt & Kapfenberg – Training in “Aviation
Technology”, respectively “Aviation” – 5-year program, culminating in the
Austrian Matura (university entrance qualification)
Aviation Technology –

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Performing
maintenance, repair, and servicing work on aircraft and their systems in
accordance with applicable regulations and work instructions
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical malfunctions
* Conducting functional tests, inspections, and repairs
* Supporting inspections according to predefined maintenance schedules (e.g.,
C- and D-checks, depending on qualifications)
* Documenting work processes, completed tasks, and relevant system incidents
* Collaboration with maintenance managers, manufacturers, testing facilities,
airlines, and authorities
* Implementation of safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Compliance with emergency and emergency management processes
* Participation in training courses, certifications, and regular professional
development
* Contribution to improvement suggestions for the efficiency, safety, and
reliability of systems
