QUALIFICATION:
Apprenticeship – Option 1:
3.5 years apprenticeship – consisting of a basic module (2 years duration) and at least one of the main modules (1.5 years duration)
Main modules (optional):
Passenger Car Technology / Commercial Vehicle Technology / Motorcycle Technology
Apprenticeship – Option 2:
4 years apprenticeship – additional training of another main module or one of the two special modules (6 months duration)
Special modules (optional):
System Electronics / High-Voltage Drives
Completed vocational training as Automotive Mechatronics Technician / Automotive Mechanic or comparable qualification
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintenance, inspection, and repair of motorcycles according to manufacturer specifications
* Diagnosing faults, reading fault codes, and systematic troubleshooting
* Repair of engines, electrical systems, chassis, brakes, and tire/wheel changes
* Performing brake and chassis tests, and preparing for mandatory vehicle inspections (HU/VU) if applicable
* Preparation of cost estimates, fault reports, and time sheets
* Collaboration with the service advisor team to ensure timely order processing
* Advising customers on maintenance schedules, repair options, and costs
