YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manufacturing,
processing, and testing of fiber-reinforced composites (CFRP/CFP) according to
technical specifications
* Preparation of samples, mold making, lamination, vacuum infusion (VI/FI),
resin transfer molding (RTM), and autoclave or heating processes
* Quality control during production, measurement of dimensions, weights, and
surface quality; documentation according to GMP/ISO 9001
* Support in process optimization, lean methods, and risk analyses (FMEA) to
increase efficiency and product quality
* Maintenance and calibration of machines and tools (vacuum systems, autoclaves,
presses, temperature control)
* Collaboration with design, quality assurance, and manufacturing to implement
design changes
* Adherence to occupational safety regulations, handling hazardous materials,
and compliance with environmental protection requirements
