YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Technical planning, preparation,
and coordination of renovation projects (existing buildings, structural damage,
historic preservation, depending on focus)
* Creation and review of execution plans, cost estimates, workflows, and
specifications
* Coordination with architects, site managers, suppliers, and clients
* Support with tendering, awarding contracts, and change order processing
* Monitoring of construction work with regard to quality, deadlines, and costs
* Recording of defects, documentation of changes, and preparation of reports
* Participation in project documentation, acceptance procedures, and quality
management
* Involvement in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
on the construction site
