Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

3 years apprenticeship

Completed vocational training as Chef or comparable qualification

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Preparation of dishes according to recipes, menus, and quality standards
* Mise en place, preparation and clean-up of kitchen areas
* Placing dishes, garnishing, and presentation
* Assisting with menu planning, incoming goods inspection, and inventory management
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations
* Supporting the training of employees and interns

A - Experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel/restaurant B - Sound knowledge of various preparation techniques and kitchen processes C - Hygiene awareness and HACCP knowledge D - High level of creativity, innovative thinking & enjoyment in working with food E - Teamwork skills, reliability, initiative & resilience under pressure F - Strong service & quality orientation G - Flexibility regarding working hours - willingness to work shifts H - Good German language skills; additional languages ​​are an advantage
