QUALIFICATION:
3 years apprenticeship
Completed vocational training as Chef or comparable qualification
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparation of dishes according to recipes, menus, and quality standards
* Mise en place, preparation and clean-up of kitchen areas
* Placing dishes, garnishing, and presentation
* Assisting with menu planning, incoming goods inspection, and inventory management
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations
* Supporting the training of employees and interns
