YOUR REPONSIBILITIES:
* Care, support, and observation of
the developmental processes of children aged approximately 1–6 years
* Planning, implementation, and follow-up of age-appropriate educational
activities and free play periods
* Creation of individual support plans and educational documentation
* Collaboration with parents/guardians, regular parent-teacher meetings
* Cooperation with the team, support during the transition to school or
subsequent institutions
* Participation in educational concepts, projects, and school/institutional
development
* Documentation and child-friendly reporting
* Implementation of inclusion, observation of educational diagnostics &
team reflection
