and support of guests & reservation management
* Handling inquiries via telephone, email and social media
* Ensuring smooth service of food and beverages
* Table and area coordination, mise-en-place preparation
* Friendly handling of feedback and complaints
* Supporting events & banquets
* Cash handling, accounting, and restocking planning
* Organization of workflows, coordination with the kitchen/service and cleaning
team
* Hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP/industry standards
* Administrative tasks (ordering, inventory management, preparing invoices)
