QUALIFICATION:
Education:
3 years of
apprenticeship
Completed
vocational training as Butcher / Meat Processor or comparable qualification –
alternatively, relevant professional experience
YOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Processing and
preparing meat products according to recipes and HACCP guidelines
* Cutting, portioning, and packaging meat products
* Ensuring hygiene and quality standards according to GMP/HACCP
* Operating machinery and equipment in meat processing
* Documentation of production processes, batch and expiration dates
* Contribution to process and product quality optimization
* Adherence to safety and hygiene regulations, and occupational health and
safety
