Job Description

QUALIFICATION: 

Education:
Apprenticeship “Media Specialist – Digital Marketing” is part of the vocational training program “Media Specialist” with totally 4 main specializations -> 3 years duration

Further possible specializations:
Video & Audio Design / Web Design / Graphics & Print

Combining specializations is not possible, but individual components of the specialization not covered can be added

Completed university degree or vocational training in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration or comparable qualification – alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (SEA, social media, display, affiliate, email)
* Creation of content strategies, communication plans, and editorial guidelines
* Creation and optimization of landing pages, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing
* Analysis, evaluation, and reporting of performance indicators (KPI dashboards, ROAS, CPA, CAC)
* Management of social media channels, community management, and paid social media
* Search engine marketing: keyword research, ad copywriting, budget management, and bidding strategies
* Collaboration with marketing, sales, web development, and external agencies
* Creation of case studies, white papers, and newsletter content
* Monitoring of market and industry trends and derivation of optimization measures
* Ensuring data protection and compliance in the digital context

skills_and_requirements
A - Sound knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) B - Sound knowledge of online marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) C - Sound knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) D - Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics 4, GA360) E - Experience with tracking (UTM, tag management, possibly Google Tag Manager) F - Professional handling of SEO, content marketing, and CRO G - Analytical, data-driven approach; goal- and results-oriented H - Good design skills, copywriting experience, and an understanding of target groups I - Independent, structured work style; team player J - Willingness to work evenings/weekends as required (task-dependent) K - Class B driver´s license (for mobility) L - Excellent communication skills in German; additional language skills are an advantage
