MEDIA SPECIALIST – VIDEO & AUDIO DESIGN

QUALIFICATION:

Education:
Apprenticeship “Media Specialist – Video & Audio Design” is part of the vocational training program “Media Specialist” with totally 4 main specializations -> 3 years duration

Further possible specializations:
Web Design / Graphics & Print / Digital Marketing

Combining specializations is not possible, but individual components of the specialization not covered can be added

Completed vocational training or university degree in Media Production / Sound/Image Design / Audiovisual Media or comparable qualification – alternatively several years of relevant professional experience

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conceptualization and implementation of video and audio formats (compact videos, image films, tutorials, podcasts, news/aggregators)
* Planning of shooting scenarios, sound recordings, and recording environments; coordination of equipment, personnel, and locations
* Video and audio editing: cutting, audio editing, noise reduction, sound design, music and jingle integration
* Creation and integration of graphics, titles, intro/outro, subtitling, and simple motion graphics
* Post-production, quality control, file management, archiving, and delivery to clients
* Coordination with clients; consultation on style, tone, layout, and implementation
* Adherence to deadlines, budgets, copyright, and data protection guidelines
* Contribution to the development of concepts, editorial plans, and creative ideas
