QUALIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor´s degree program (240 ECTS
credits – min. 8 semesters) plus a Master´s degree program (60 ECTS credits –
min. 2 semesters) exclusively offered at Universities of Teacher Education (PH
= Pädagogische Hochschulen)
Master's degree must be obtained five years
after completing a bachelor's degree being eligible for a permanent teaching
position (according to Teacher Employment Act)
This profession can only be
practiced after completion of the legally required training and professional activities
are also based on the legally prescribed training content

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Planning, implementation, and
evaluation of lessons in grades 1–4
* Individualized support and diagnostic assessment for students with learning
difficulties
* Contribution to the development of the school curriculum and lesson planning
* Collaboration with parents, including constructive parent-teacher conferences
* Participation in school committees (e.g., subject conferences, class
leadership)
* Participation in school events, projects, and school development
