Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

Education:
3 years at technical schools or 5 years at higher technical institutions in the fields of “Mechanical Engineering”, “Electrical Engineering” or “Industrial Engineering”

Required knowledge / qualifications:
Excellent computer skills (working with various specialized software programs) / Statistics / CAD (Computer-aided Design) / CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) / ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
REFA (Analysis & optimization of work processes – Development of methods for operational data collection) – provided by WIFI (Adult Education Institution of the Austrian Economic Chamber Institute)

Completed vocational training or university degree in Production / Logistics / Engineering or comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Creation, maintenance, and optimization of production plans considering capacities, material availability & delivery dates
* Coordination of production schedules with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Quality Control departments
* Ensuring smooth material and information flows (MRP/APS, master data maintenance)
* Capacity balancing, bottleneck management & scenario analysis to optimize capacity utilization
* Monitoring production KPIs (OEE, lead times, on-time delivery) and deriving corrective actions
* Participation in the implementation of production control and digitalization solutions
* Creation of reports, WIP reports, bills of materials, and production documentation
* Supporting continuous improvement processes (CIP/Lean)
