QUALIFICATION:
Education: 3 years of apprenticeship
Class D (or DE) driving licence, including valid hygiene training/passenger transport licence (depending on country)
ACTIVITIES:
* Carrying out regularly scheduled passenger transport (passenger transport, scheduled or shuttle services) in compliance with legal requirements
* Safe boarding and disembarking of passengers, assisting with door and passenger changes
* Maintenance and inspection of vehicle and reporting of defects in accordance with specifications
* Responsible vehicle driving, adherence to timetables, route planning, and optimized tour procedures
* Ensuring safety, punctuality, and high-quality customer service
* Documentation of relevant processes (logbook, shift records, interim reports)
* Handling of accessibility issues and providing passenger support when needed
* Communication with dispatchers, passengers, and, if necessary, authorities or business partners
