QUALIFICATION:
Education: 3 years at technical schools or 5 years at higher technical institutions in the field of “Electrical Engineering”
Electrical Engineering – possible specializations:
Automation Technology / E-Mobility / Renewable Energy / Industrial Electronics / Information Technology
Electrical Engineering – key curriculum topics:
Business Management / Energy Systems / Automation Technology / Drive Technology / Industrial Electronics / Mechatronics / Applied Computer Science / Production Technology / Computer-aided Project Development
Further knowledge:
Robotics / Computer-aided Design (CAD) / PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) Software
Practical experience:
School-own workshops and laboratories as well as through multi-week mandatory internships in companies
Completed training or studies in the field of Electrical/Power Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or similar
ACTIVITIES:
* Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and devices on-site at the customer’s premises
* Fault analysis, troubleshooting, and rapid repairs, including documentation of the measures
* Commissioning of new systems and subsequent optimization of existing systems
* Advising and training of customers on operation, maintenance, and safety
* Preparation of service reports, assembly plans, and technical documentation
* Cooperation with Sales in the acceptance of follow-up orders
* Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
