YOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Advice, support and assistance of children,
adolescents, and families with emotional and social issues
* Case and resource planning, development of support plans, and documentation
* Needs-based individual and group services (e.g., conflict resolution, stress
management, resilience building, addiction prevention)
* Collaboration with schools, daycare centers, youth services, and support and
health services
* Crisis intervention and needs assessment, including networking with relevant
support services
* Design and support of prevention and educational projects (e.g., media
literacy, participation, family education)
* Participation in team meetings, supervision, and team development
* Preparation of reports, documentation, and evaluation measures
* Promotion of inclusive and participatory approaches and cross-departmental
coordination
