Completed university degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications, or a comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Development & implementation of holistic marketing strategies, including brand management, campaign planning, and content strategy
* Planning, coordination & implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline) for lead generation and brand awareness
* Creation of marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts
* Monitoring of KPIs (CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, engagement)
* Planning & production of content (web, social media, newsletters, events) including editorial calendars
* Market and competitor analysis, derivation of insights, and adaptation of measures
* Lead nurturing and campaign tracking, A/B testing, performance optimization
* Event planning and measurement of events/partnerships
* Collaboration with sales, product teams, design, and external agencies
* Reporting to stakeholders (CMO/management) with clear recommendations
