Education:
Vocational schools in the field of “Mechanical Engineering”, particularly with a specialization in "Automotive Technology," (school-dependent)

Mechanical Engineering – key curriculum topics:
Design & Project Management / Mechanics & Machine Elements / Manufacturing & Production Technology / Electrical Engineering / Automation Technology

Specialization in “Automotive Technology” – in-depth knowledge acquired in:
Automotive Electronics / Motor Vehicle Technology

Further knowledge for both programs:
CAD (Computer-Aided Design) / CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) / Welding Technology

Practical experience:
School-owned workshops and laboratories as well as through multi-week mandatory internships in companies  

Educational option:
1 – Automotive Technician – Motorcycle Technology -> Apprenticeship

Completed apprenticeship as Motorcycle Mechanic / Motorcycle Mechatronics Technician / Automotive Technician – Motorcycle Technology or comparable qualification

 ACTIVITIES:

* Maintenance, inspection, and repair of motorcycles of various brands
* Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical problems (electrical, engine, chassis, brakes)
* Performing tire, brake, oil, and fluid changes, as well as general repairs
* Installation and tuning of accessories, performance upgrades, and modifications according to customer specifications
* Preparation of cost estimates, documentation of work, and customer acceptance
* Adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining a tidy workplace
